Ice Cream! Party Package

Available for parties booked May through August only.  

The 'Ice Cream' party package is the perfect summer party theme! The first 1hr 45m of the party are for play & pizza! When the kids come to sit down for cake (or forgo the cake all together, in lieu of the ice cream) the staff will present them with a bowl of vanilla ice cream and a sundae bar! The kids can choose from ice cream syrup, sprinkles, and other toppings to create a delicious masterpiece! Includes ice cream themed decor too!

Cost: $305 + HST (Pay just $100 deposit today!)

This package includes:

• Up to 8 children. Additional children may be added at a cost of $15/child. 
• 1 serving of vanilla ice cream per child, and toppings like sprinkles, gummy bears, marshmallows, chocolate sauce and more!
  
• 1 party hostess/instructor to help the kids and keep your party flowing
• Paper plates, cups and cutlery
• Printable invitation
• 1 pizza slice and juice box per child
• Table dressings (kraft paper tablecloth for the kids to colour on!)
• Ice cream themed table decor
• 1 counter for you to place cake/food/gifts

The details: Table settings are included for all children, and a counter that will be available for your cake/food/gifts. Plates & cutlery are provided. Refrigeration is not available.

Birthday child's parents will be permitted to arrive 40 minutes prior to party start time to set up any balloons/decorations. 

Please advise your guests that socks are required by everyone in our studio. No shoes or bare feet are permitted. 

Our studio will remain open for drop in during your party, however you will have exclusive access to the party table area. To remain within our room capacity, you will be allotted 1 adult space per child that attends the party (for example, 15 kids + 15 adults... 30 spaces for your party).

A $100 deposit is required to book your party and hold your date/time. We will contact you on the Thursday before your party to note your final headcount and any add-ons. Balance is due on the day of your party. All party bookings are non-refundable.
